EDB, Infopulse and Revacom manage Windows7 migrations globally

Infopulse, an EDB Business Partner subsidiary, and Revacom, a leading European application services provider have joined in a strategic partnership to manage Windows 7 migrations at a global scale.

This partnership combines the benefits of EDB's global footprint, Infopulse's powerful offshore centers in Ukraine and the efficient onsite/offshore delivery model for application change services developed by Revacom.

- Globally distributed organizations, in particular in the financial and the energy sector, require a smart and well managed mixture of offshore and onsite delivery capabilities to run OS migrations smoothly and seamlessly, says Christian Berner Head of Global Sourcing and Business Development Revacom Group

- The global footprint of EDB, along with the highly motivated and very skilled offshore staff working in our delivery centers at Infopulse in Ukraine, enable Revacom to provide a truly global delivery model to fit even the largest application change programs for customers around the globe, explains Christian Berner

This strategic partnership comes as a logical result of a successful cooperation between Infopulse and Revacom which already started back in 2005.

In 2007, EDB purchased the majority of shares of Infopulse. This move added rock solid financial and operational stability to the Revacom delivery model, which is an important criterion for the sourcing decisions of large multinational customers.
