Subsidiaries

Over recent years, EDB has acquired a number of other businesses.

These companies have strengthened EDB's delivery capacity and expanded the range of solutions and services it offers in the Nordic and international markets. A number of the businesses acquired are now integrated into EDB Business Partner, while others continue to operate as separate subsidiary companies.

EDB's subsidiaries include strong, market-leading application services companies such as Avenir, Guide and Spring. EDB’s subsidiaries Span Systems in India and Miratech and Infopulse in the Ukraine provide Global Sourcing for the group's deliveries.
