Competence development
Here at EDB we are committed to a continual program of training and competence development specifically designed for each area of technical expertise.
We need properly certificated employees with high levels of expertise to ensure secure and reliable solutions for our customers, and EDB therefore places great emphasis on helping its employees to gain certification. Working together with selected partners, we arrange courses in a range of technologies and programs leading to certification.
A good example of EDB's structured competence development is the EDB project academy.
Much of the work on competence development at EDB takes place within the various operational environments as well as through a range of product forums and expertise networks. In addition, EDB focuses strongly on management training, with regular surveys of employee opinion, management evaluation and specific management training programs.
