EDB and ErgoGroup is now merged into a single company who will initially be known as EDB ErgoGroup. A new and powerful organizational structure came into operation from 1 January this year. The merger will bring together 50 years’ of IT innovation to create the leading Nordic IT company. With 10,000 employees and annual turnover of almost NOK 13 billion, the new company will offer greater delivery capacity, increased local presence and stronger competitiveness.
