Architecture and integration

We handle not only large development projects but also shorter duration projects such as portal and publishing solutions. Our offer also includes solutions and application architecture specialists with many years’ experience in a variety of solutions, platforms and technologies. Our architecture specialists provide advice on the selection and implementation of technical solutions and products, as well as designing and implementing applications and solutions architecture, and they also operate as technical project managers for integration projects.

We develop solutions based on leading technologies from partners such as Sun, IBM, Oracle and Microsoft, as well as Open Source technologies. We also work closely with specialist partners for CMS solutions - EPiServer for the Microsoft platform and Enonic for the Java platform.

Microsoft:  Our Microsoft environment includes a large number of consultants accredited as MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), MCPD (Microsoft Certified Developer Professional) and with EpiServer certification. We are proud to say we are the most certified EPiServer environment in Norway.

Java: We are one of only five companies in Norway that satisfies the requirements of the Authorized Java Center (AJC). This means you are guaranteed assistance with training, consultancy and project implementation on the Java platform. Our Java expertise was recently rated 9 out of 10 and best of the four leading consulting firms in the largest Java project currently underway in the public sector in Norway.

Open Source: Open Source is a priority area in EDB, and we have used a variety of Open Source technologies for our customers. This has contributed to faster time-to-market, and in some cases has played a crucial role in achieving project objectives. We place particular emphasis on "off-the shelf" Open Source technologies that solve the kind of complex challenges that are often repeated from project to project.
